How activation works.
Every game we sell is delivered as an activation key or a gift link, redeemed on the platform the game belongs to. You never download anything from us.
After you pay
- Your order is placed and we receive it straight away.
- Our team sources your key. A person handles this — we buy the key, check it, and send it. This is not automated.
- You get an email with your key, normally within 24 hours. The key also appears in your account under My library.
- You redeem it on the relevant platform using the steps below.
Redeeming, platform by platform
- Steam
- Open Steam → the Games menu → Activate a Product on Steam… → paste the key. The game appears in your library.
- Steam Gift
- Some Steam titles are sold as a gift link (Altergift) rather than a key. Open it while signed in to Steam and accept the gift.
- Xbox
- Open the Microsoft Store on console or PC → Redeem code → paste the key.
- PlayStation
- PlayStation Store → Redeem Codes → paste the key.
- EA App
- Open the EA App → your profile menu → Redeem Code.
- Ubisoft Connect
- Ubisoft Connect → main menu → Activate a Key.
- GOG
- gog.com → your profile menu → Redeem Code.
- Battle.net
- Battle.net → Gifts & Codes → Redeem a Code.
- Nintendo Switch
- eShop on the console → Redeem Download Code.
About regions
Keys are region-locked unless the product page says Region Free. Always check the region on the product page before buying — a key bought for the wrong region will not activate, and region is not something we can change after purchase.
If your key didn’t work
Don’t discard it. Open Contact with your order number and the exact error message, and we will replace the key or refund you.
