Frequently asked questions.
Questions
How fast do I get my key?
Normally within 24 hours. Every order is handled by a person — we source the key, check it, and email it to you. We deliberately don’t promise “instant” delivery, because that is not how we work.
Where do I find my key after purchase?
In the email we send you, and in your account under My library. The key stays there, so you don’t have to keep the email.
Do I need an account to buy?
You can browse freely. An account keeps your keys and order history in one place, which makes support much easier if something goes wrong.
Which platforms do you sell for?
Steam, Epic Games, Xbox, PlayStation, Nintendo Switch, GOG, EA App, Ubisoft Connect and Battle.net. The platform is stated on every product page.
Are the keys legitimate?
Yes. We are a reseller: we buy keys through Kinguin’s marketplace and pass them on to you. We do not generate keys ourselves.
What does “Region Free” mean?
That the key works regardless of your country. If a product page names a region instead, the key only activates for accounts in that region. Check before buying — this cannot be changed afterwards.
What is the difference between a CD key and a Gift?
A CD key is a code you redeem yourself. A Gift / Altergift is a link that transfers the game to your account. Both give you the full game; the redemption steps differ, and they’re described in How activation works.
My key doesn’t work — what now?
Contact us with your order number and the exact error message. If the key is faulty, you get a replacement or a full refund.
Can I get a refund if I changed my mind?
Once a working key has been sent, it cannot be returned — you already have the ability to redeem it. If the key itself is faulty, that is different: contact us and we will replace it or refund you.
Do you sell pre-orders or DLC?
Not right now. We sell full base games only.
