Common questions
Will this Steam key work in my region?
Yes — this is a Region Free key, meaning it activates from anywhere in the world. EU, UK, US, Asia all work.
How is my key delivered after paying?
Your key is prepared by our team after payment clears — normally within 24 hours of payment. We email it to you, and it appears in My Account → Library the moment it’s ready. Every order is prepared by a person, so this is a target and not a guarantee. If we cannot deliver, we refund in full.
How do I activate a Steam key?
Open Steam, navigate to your Library or Account, find the “Activate product” / “Redeem code” option, and enter the key we emailed you. Detailed steps are in the “How to activate” section on this page.
What if the key doesn't work?
If we can’t deliver a working key, you get a full refund. Once a key is revealed it can’t be returned — but if it turns out invalid, we’ll replace it or refund you.
